3. Product Information & Fitment We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and fitment data displayed on geobrakes.ca are accurate and up to date. However, GeoBrakes does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this website are error-free. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the selected part is compatible with their vehicle before placing an order. GeoBrakes offers a 100% fitment guarantee when the correct vehicle information is provided at checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices displayed on geobrakes.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will make every effort to assist you. GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping GeoBrakes ships to all Canadian provinces and territories. Free ground shipping is available on orders over $99. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and public holidays. GeoBrakes is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Shipping Information and Warranty Policy pages. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns where the parts are no longer wanted. All returns require a Return Authorization (RGA) before sending items back. GeoBrakes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

8. Warranty All products sold on geobrakes.ca are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as outlined on our Warranty Policy page. GeoBrakes is an authorized retailer of every brand it carries, ensuring that all warranties are valid and fully supported. GeoBrakes does not offer any additional warranty beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GeoBrakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased through geobrakes.ca. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
