Involves scraping, copying, or reproducing our product data, pricing, catalogue content, or fitment database without our express written permission. Involves using our website to submit fake reviews, ratings, or feedback. Transmits any malware, viruses, or harmful code. Involves the use of automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from our website. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of our website.
GeoBrakes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited use without notice and without liability.
5. Account Registration
5.1 Creating an Account
You may create a registered account on geobrakes.ca to access order history, track shipments, save vehicle profiles, and manage your personal information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and keep your account information updated at all times.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at sales@geobrakes.com or call +1 (416) 855-1496. GeoBrakes is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
5.3 Account Termination
GeoBrakes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our team. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at sales@geobrakes.com.
6. Products and Product Descriptions
6.1 Product Information
GeoBrakes makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment data on our website are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Minor variations may exist between product images and the actual product received.
6.2 Fitment and Compatibility
Our fitment selector tool is provided to help you identify brake parts compatible with your vehicle. The accuracy of fitment results depends entirely on the vehicle information you provide. You are solely responsible for entering the correct year, make, model, trim level, engine size, and drive type when using our fitment tool. GeoBrakes's 100% fitment guarantee applies only when the correct and complete vehicle information has been entered at the time of purchase. GeoBrakes accepts no responsibility for incompatible parts resulting from incorrect vehicle information entered by the customer.
If your vehicle has been modified, upgraded, or differs from factory specification in any way that affects brake compatibility, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering. Our fitment tool is calibrated for factory-specification vehicles only.
6.3 Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. GeoBrakes reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, GeoBrakes will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1 Pricing
All prices on geobrakes.ca are displayed in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of applicable Canadian taxes unless otherwise stated. GeoBrakes reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the website at the time you complete your purchase.
7.2 Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error on our website, GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. We will notify you promptly and offer you the opportunity to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund.
7.3 Payment
GeoBrakes accepts major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. GeoBrakes does not store complete payment card numbers on our systems. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any order where payment fraud is suspected.
7.4 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled order.
8. Shipping
All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy including all provisions regarding delivery timelines, carrier limitations, extended distance surcharges, incorrect address fees, damage claims, and lost shipment procedures. GeoBrakes is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our direct control.
9. Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy including all provisions regarding the 30-day return window, condition requirements, restocking fees, fitment dispute procedures, and who is responsible for return shipping costs in each scenario.
10. Warranty
10.1 Product Warranty
All brake parts sold by GeoBrakes carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal driving conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing or track use, normal wear and tear, or use on modified vehicles outside factory specifications.
10.2 No Additional Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, GeoBrakes makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our Warranty Policy. We do not warrant that our products are suitable for any purpose beyond their described automotive application. We do not warrant the fitness of any product for use on a modified or non-standard vehicle.
10.3 Disclaimer
The products sold by GeoBrakes are aftermarket and OEM-grade brake parts sourced from third-party manufacturers. GeoBrakes is a retailer and is not the original manufacturer of these products. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the original manufacturer. GeoBrakes will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf but is not independently liable for manufacturing defects beyond the terms of the manufacturer warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, GeoBrakes's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or your purchase of our products, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.2 Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, GeoBrakes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of vehicle use, or personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products, the use of our website, or any failure of delivery.
11.3 Safety Disclaimer
Brake parts are safety-critical components. GeoBrakes strongly recommends that all brake parts be installed by a qualified mechanic. Improper installation of brake components can result in brake failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. GeoBrakes is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation of our products by the customer or any third party. By purchasing brake parts from GeoBrakes, you acknowledge this risk and accept sole responsibility for ensuring proper installation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeoBrakes Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your provision of incorrect vehicle information, your improper installation of brake parts purchased from us, or your violation of any applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on geobrakes.ca including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, the fitment database, category structure, and website design is the property of GeoBrakes Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission. The GeoBrakes name and logo are trademarks of GeoBrakes Inc. and may not be used without written authorization.
14. User-Generated Content
If you submit a product review, rating, question, or any other content to our website, you grant GeoBrakes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, publish, translate, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You confirm that any content you submit is truthful, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful statements. GeoBrakes reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion without notice.
15. Third-Party Links

17. Force Majeure
GeoBrakes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, border closures, government actions, trade policy changes, tariff changes, supply chain disruptions, or any other event outside our direct control. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel any outstanding order for a full refund of the purchase price.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of geobrakes.ca shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are a consumer resident in another Canadian province, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your province of residence.
19. Dispute Resolution
GeoBrakes encourages you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction described in Section 18.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoBrakes with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
