1. Overview GeoBrakes offers a convenient in-store pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their brake parts order directly from one of our warehouse locations across Canada. In-store pickup is free of charge and available on all eligible orders. This page outlines everything you need to know before selecting in-store pickup at checkout.

2. How It Works Selecting in-store pickup at checkout is simple. Follow these steps to collect your order:

  • Add your desired brake parts to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Select the In-Store Pickup option at the shipping step.
  • Choose your preferred pickup location from the available warehouse locations.
  • Complete your order and payment online.
  • Wait for your order readiness notification before visiting the pickup location.
  • Bring your order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID to collect your order.

3. Order Readiness Notification Your order will not be ready for pickup immediately after placing it. Once your order has been processed, verified, and prepared for pickup, you will receive an order readiness notification via email. Please do not visit the pickup location until you have received this notification. GeoBrakes is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by visiting a pickup location before receiving the readiness notification.

4. Pickup Timeframe Most orders are processed and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days of order placement, for orders placed by noon central time. Orders placed after noon or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods and holiday seasons.

5. Pickup Locations & Hours In-store pickup is available at our participating warehouse locations across Canada. Pickup location addresses, hours of operation, and availability are displayed during the checkout process. Please ensure you select a pickup location that is convenient for you before completing your order, as pickup locations cannot be changed after an order is confirmed.

6. Required Identification To collect your order, you must present the following at the pickup counter:

  • A copy of your order confirmation email, either printed or displayed on your mobile device.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
  • If someone other than the account holder is collecting the order, they must present the order confirmation and their own valid government-issued photo ID. GeoBrakes reserves the right to refuse pickup to anyone unable to provide the required identification.

7. Uncollected Orders If your order is not collected within 7 business days of receiving your readiness notification, GeoBrakes reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund, less any applicable restocking fees. You will receive a reminder notification before your order is cancelled. If you are unable to collect your order within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team to arrange an extension.

8. Changes & Cancellations Once an in-store pickup order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the pickup location or convert the order to a shipping order. If you wish to cancel your in-store pickup order before it is processed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been prepared for pickup cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return and restocking policy.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items at Pickup Please inspect your order carefully at the time of pickup before leaving the location. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect part, notify the pickup counter staff immediately so we can resolve the issue on the spot. GeoBrakes is not responsible for damage or discrepancies reported after the order has left the pickup location.
